Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement Health and Safety programs, including HIRAC and JHA for site activities
- Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and regular site inspections
- Monitor site compliance with safety rules, local laws, and environmental regulations
- Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed safety reports
- Coordinate closely with the safety team, management, engineers, and supervisors to enforce safety policies
Requirements
- Certified Safety Officer 4 (DOLE-accredited)
- 4–6 years of experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in BPO, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- In-depth knowledge of HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis)
- Strong understanding of OSHA standards, DOLE OSH standards, and local safety regulations
- Ability to work onsite in Cebu City and accommodate a shifting schedule
- Excellent communication and training skills for conducting workshops and orientations
