About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the ISA/BSA and Amendment tracking process, including data entry into the ISPT Access platform
  • Distribute completed documentation to the Records department for uploading
  • Serve as the primary backup for the Receptionist/Switchboard position, including answering calls and greeting guests
  • Maintain mail bins for new hires and terminations and create name plaques for staff
  • Keep the IFS Admin Support Specialist Job Aid current using Microsoft Word track changes
  • Provide general agency support and backup to other administrative positions as requested

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Two years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Valid NH driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for occasional travel
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with human service agencies
  • Experience using DocuSign
