About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions including Human Resources, Operations, Facilities, and Financial Planning
  • Execute full-cycle performance management, training, and coaching for direct reports
  • Partner with recruiting teams for full-cycle hiring and onboarding of business professionals
  • Manage office operating expenses, capital budgets, and monthly budget variance reports
  • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, vendor relations, and space planning
  • Act as a primary liaison between attorneys and administrative teams to resolve workflow challenges
  • Plan and execute office engagement events and summer law school programs
  • Maintain office culture and serve as a stabilizing leadership presence during transitions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5–7 years of experience as an Office Administrator or senior-level business manager
  • Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
  • Proven track record in human resources or administrative management
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management, including design, construction, and contract negotiation
  • Demonstrated ability to drive positive organizational change
