About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions including Human Resources, Operations, Facilities, and Financial Planning
- Execute full-cycle performance management, training, and coaching for direct reports
- Partner with recruiting teams for full-cycle hiring and onboarding of business professionals
- Manage office operating expenses, capital budgets, and monthly budget variance reports
- Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, vendor relations, and space planning
- Act as a primary liaison between attorneys and administrative teams to resolve workflow challenges
- Plan and execute office engagement events and summer law school programs
- Maintain office culture and serve as a stabilizing leadership presence during transitions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5–7 years of experience as an Office Administrator or senior-level business manager
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
- Proven track record in human resources or administrative management
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and budget management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in facilities management, including design, construction, and contract negotiation
- Demonstrated ability to drive positive organizational change
