Responsibilities
- Support the Office Manager in daily operations including supplies, mail, meeting room setup, and guest coordination
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employees regarding office needs
- Support the upcoming office move through packing coordination, inventory tracking, and team communications
- Coordinate deliveries, repairs, and vendor visits
- Assist with setup and breakdown for company events, off-sites, and all-hands meetings
- Track and reorder office supplies and pantry items
- Flag and follow through on facilities issues
Requirements
- 2+ years in office administration, coordination, or operations support
- Experience supporting an office move or physical relocation is a strong plus
- Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with hands-on tasks and physical presence in the office
- Clear and friendly communication skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to spot needs independently
- Proficiency with basic office tools like calendar systems, email, and spreadsheets
