About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, and develop the site Administration Team including resource planning and performance management
- Support the Senior Management Team and deputise for management members when required
- Manage the Time and Attendance system and ensure payroll deadlines are met
- Process weekly agency costings and support financial administration for suppliers and invoicing
- Compile weekly KPIs and monthly reports using Power BI
- Liaise with Operations and external suppliers regarding pallet availability and usage
- Maintain compliance records and coordinate site training activity
- Manage contractor activity through health and safety procedures and inductions
- Oversee site services including security, cleaning, catering, and utilities
Requirements
- Previous experience in office management, finance administration, warehousing, or transport
- Experience leading, managing, or supervising a team
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience with systems such as Kronos, Power BI, NVOLVE, or Evotix is beneficial
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
