About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily employee attendance, login/logout, and breaks
- Manage facility utilities, including conference rooms, lighting, and AC
- Supervise 24x7 pantry operations and hygiene
- Coordinate infrastructure maintenance and repairs
- Maintain lease, vendor, and service contract documentation
- Manage office expenses and coordinate reconciliation with Finance
- Coordinate employee transportation and cab logistics
- Manage security protocols, including ID card issuance and biometric access
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, fire drills, and safety briefings
- Manage visitor logs and guest access
- Coordinate employee travel, including flights and hotel accommodations
- Organize internal office events and gatherings
- Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Supervise and mentor junior Office Admin staff
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration or facility management
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Ability to work the 4am to 1pm IST shift
- Experience in vendor coordination and logistics
