Offering Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the regional product strategy and lifecycle for Software & Controls solutions across India, from concept through launch and optimization.
• Translate regional customer requirements and market dynamics into clear product requirements and roadmap inputs for global teams.
• Drive commercial performance, including pipeline visibility, pricing strategies, and margin improvement actions.
• Serve as the primary source of market intelligence for Software & Controls, identifying opportunities in data centers, AI, and cloud markets.
• Partner with Sales and Technical Engineering to ensure effective sales enablement, value messaging, and solution positioning.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Sales in a matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, technical sales, or business strategy.
• Demonstrated experience working with software platforms, controls systems, digital power management, or automation solutions.
• Strong business acumen with a "CEO mindset" for assigned product areas.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with experience translating technical capabilities into customer value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MBA or Engineering).
• Experience with SCADA, EPMS, BMS, digital twins, configuration software, or embedded controls.
• Background in data center, critical infrastructure, or industrial power markets.
• Experience supporting global product roadmaps from a regional leadership role.
