Offer Industrialization Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the China industrialization team in Xiamen for the Medium Voltage business, overseeing OCP projects including PMP, PEP, OTM, and transfers.
• Define and implement short-term and long-term supply chain, industrialization, and manufacturing strategies.
• Drive the industrialization team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product cost, project Capex/Expense, Time-to-Market (TTM), and efficiency.
• Guide the team in implementing innovative processes, standardization, and continuous procedure improvement.
• Manage department budgets, headcount, and workload while overseeing team competency and skill mapping.
• Establish strong networking and collaboration with the Global Supply Chain (GSC) in the Xiamen area.
• Provide dotted-line leadership to industrialization functions including quality, tooling, assembly, equipment, and costing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in industrialization or New Product Introduction (NPI).
• 3+ years of experience in a management position.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electricity, or Automation Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) and excellent presentation skills.
• In-depth project management skills with experience in PMP, Agile, or equivalent processes.
• Strong knowledge of process quality control and manufacturing processes design.
• Proficiency with quality tools including 6 Sigma, FMEA, SPC, MAS, GR&R, and Cp/Cpk.
• Proven problem-solving, influence, and negotiation skills.
