Offensive Cybersecurity Consultant (VAPT)

Responsibilities

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT) following Help AG’s methodology and project scope
• Conduct web application audits, mobile application penetration testing (iOS & Android), and infrastructure security assessments
• Execute source code reviews and software assurance maturity audits
• Perform red teaming and both internal and external penetration testing
• Research new threats and populate the VA/PT knowledge base with new techniques or zero-day findings
• Document newly discovered attacks and procedures to update penetration testing guidelines
• Attend technical customer meetings and perform security assessments independently

Requirements

• Bachelor or MSc in Computer Science or a relevant degree
• 0 - 3 years of experience as a penetration tester
• OSCP or OSCE certification
• Knowledge of web-based programming and the ability to adapt to different programming languages
• Strong technical writing skills for reports, articles, and technical blogs
• Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• SANS certifications
• Experience with vulnerability research
