About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, organize, and supervise a specific offensive position group, specifically wide receivers and/or tight ends
- Recruit and retain highly qualified student-athletes committed to academic success
- Assist with offensive strategy, planning, and the implementation of comprehensive practice schedules
- Manage administrative duties including planning travel, accommodations, and meals for student-athletes
- Support the personal, academic, and physical development of student-athletes
- Collaborate with athletic communications, training, and equipment staffs to ensure team needs are met
- Assist the Head Football Coach with hiring and supervising assistant coaching staff
- Support College Advancement Division efforts, including fundraising and alumni activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- At least two years of successful collegiate coaching experience
- Proficiency with technology applications applicable to football coaching
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification
- Ability to work effectively within a demanding liberal arts academic environment
- Ability to abide by all NCAA Division III, Centennial Conference, and institutional policies
