About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division I football program
- Conduct scouting, recruiting, and training sessions
- Coordinate travel and manage departmental budgets
- Execute game-day responsibilities and community outreach
- Manage camp creation and implementation
- Collaborate with other members of the athletic department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of football experience at the NCAA Division I level
- High level college coaching experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
- Proven record of compliance
- Strong work ethic and positive interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Established applicable recruiting network
- Experience with clinic and camp implementation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickTime, and iMovie
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and provide analysis using video or data
