Off Premise Beer Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence and volume growth within a dedicated territory
• Increase product availability through distribution, display execution, and cooler resets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor personnel
• Travel within a 200-mile radius and support distributor crew drives (up to 75% travel)
• Use a data-driven approach to identify new distribution and upsell opportunities
• Maintain store shelf standards, inventory rotation, and planogram compliance
• Execute point of sale (POS) programs and promote brands through sampling and events
• Manage budget and maintain records for monthly reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with all alcoholic beverage regulations

Requirements

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in beer, wine, or spirits
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (large vehicle preferred)
• Ability to lift and move cases of product (50+ pounds) frequently
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, and kneel for product displays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Previous retail or off-premise work experience
