Off Premise Activation Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence and advocacy in select Off Premise accounts
• Identify and execute activation opportunities for client brands
• Install and maintain point-of-sale and printed materials
• Maintain store shelf standards, inventory, and product rotation
• Partner with client commercial teams to identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, expenses, and performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with legal and marketing code guidelines

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the beer or spirits industry
• Experience with ready-to-drink (RTD) products preferred
• Must live and travel within the assigned Houston, TX territory
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business information tools
• Ability to lift and move cases of product weighing 50 pounds or more

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Proven track record in customer relationship building
