Off Premise Activation Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence and advocacy in select Off Premise accounts through strategic engagement
• Identify and execute activation opportunities for client brands
• Install and maintain point-of-sale and printed materials within accounts
• Maintain store shelf standards, inventory rotation, and planogram compliance
• Partner with client commercial teams to identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, expenses, and performance reporting via agency platforms
• Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the beer or spirits industry (RTD experience preferred)
• Reliable transportation for travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform bending, squatting, and reaching
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using business information tools and performance dashboards
• Proven track record of building customer relationships
