Off Premise Activation Associate, Chain

Responsibilities

• Drive brand presence and advocacy in select Off Premise accounts through strategic engagement
• Identify and execute activation opportunities to drive commercial growth
• Install and maintain point-of-sale and printed materials within accounts
• Maintain store shelf standards, inventory rotation, and planogram compliance
• Partner with client commercial teams to identify growth opportunities
• Manage budgets, expenses, and performance reporting using agency platforms
• Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the beer or spirits industry
• Experience with ready-to-drink (RTD) products preferred
• Must live and travel within the assigned territory (San Antonio/Austin)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
• Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform bending, squatting, and reaching

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience using business information tools and performance dashboards
