Off-Plan Specialist

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading UAE developers
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, calls, and social media platforms
• Conduct client meetings and provide professional investment advice
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international investors
• Stay updated with the latest off-plan launches, market trends, and competitor activities
• Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual meetings with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions in CRM systems
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
• Provide excellent customer service before and after sales

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of UAE real estate experience, preferably in off-plan sales
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment
• Strong networking and client relationship management abilities
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic, Russian, or Chinese is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
