Off-Plan Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for off-plan real estate projects
• Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve business objectives and targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agencies, and marketing partners
• Expand and optimize both direct and indirect sales channels
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports and KPI updates to management
• Collaborate on pricing strategies, special offers, and marketing campaigns
• Oversee the entire customer journey from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing
• Ensure high standards of customer experience and sales effectiveness to maximize revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales
• At least 3 years of experience specifically managing off-plan sales projects
• Proven track record in successfully selling residential and mixed-use developments
• Strong existing network of brokers, real estate marketers, and agencies within the Saudi market
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management abilities
• Proficiency in developing sales plans and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics
