Off-Cycle Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client materials
• Conduct market, industry, and company analyses
• Perform financial modeling and valuation analyses
• Support due diligence processes for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Work as part of a project team on live transactions within the Consumer and Business Services sector

Requirements

• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
• Currently in the penultimate or final year of a bachelor's or master's degree
• Outstanding academic record, preferably in accounting, economics, or finance
• Previous internship experience in M&A advisory or a related field
• Solid understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Full availability for the 4-month duration starting in January 2027

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or a strong interest in the Consumer and Business Services sector
• International experience
• High level of motivation and the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, demanding environment
