Off-Cycle Intern, Real Estate Capital Solutions

Responsibilities

• Build financial and cash flow models for real estate assets and platforms
• Assist in the preparation of pitch books, investment memoranda, and financing memoranda
• Support the execution of real estate focused capital markets and M&A transactions
• Assist in debt advisory for large-scale financings and complex liability restructuring mandates
• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and company analyses on real estate trends

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English
• Degree in accounting, economics, finance, or real estate with an outstanding academic record
• Previous internship experience in real estate investment, debt advisory, M&A, or private equity
• Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills, particularly for cash flow modelling
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in or a strong interest in the real estate sector
• International experience
• Highly motivated with the ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
