OFCI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage OFCI equipment packages including mechanical, electrical, IT, and specialized data center systems
• Maintain OFCI responsibility matrix defining ownership and handover points
• Track purchase orders, fabrication status, and logistics schedules
• Coordinate delivery sequences with construction teams to ensure site readiness
• Oversee equipment inspections upon arrival for compliance and condition
• Communicate installation requirements and MEP interface points to contractors
• Serve as primary liaison between vendors, engineering teams, and installation contractors
• Support clash detection and field engineering reviews
• Maintain OFCI logs, equipment registers, and installation progress trackers
• Ensure collection of O&M manuals, warranties, and commissioning scripts
• Support integrated systems testing (IST) during commissioning phases
• Provide regular status updates and risk assessments to project teams

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing OFCI, procurement, or equipment integration in mission-critical or data center projects
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and data center infrastructure
• Experience with construction documentation and commissioning processes
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and SharePoint
• Fluency in Spanish and English
