OFCI Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage OFCI vendors to ensure on-time delivery, installation, and compliance with specifications
• Review vendor technical submissions and support change and risk management
• Structure complex work interfaces across Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality
• Align vendor equipment schedules with the overall project programme
• Perform in-depth contract and scope of work reviews with gap analysis
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various client departments and contractors
• Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Manage OFE schedules, tracking milestones and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center commissioning, operations, or facility management
• Experience with data center equipment (generators, MV/LV switchgear, UPS, BAS, EPMS, AHUs)
• QA/QC manufacturing and vendor management experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Availability for on-site work in Frankfurt
