OFCI Project Manager - Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Manage OFE (Owner Furnished Equipment) and monitor vendor/integrator off-site activities
• Perform contract and scope of work reviews with gap analysis
• Collaborate with client departments and contractors to manage requirements and expectations
• Provide weekly progress updates to stakeholders
• Manage OFE schedules and track milestones to ensure alignment with project timelines
• Resolve issues, blockers, and conflicts during project execution
• Manage complex work interfaces across Scope, Time, Cost, and Quality

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience on complex, large-scale projects
• Experience in Construction or Engineering with Mechanical & Electrical focus
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations, and construction logistics
• Proficiency in EDMS systems (ACC preferred) and project management tools
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (Finnish is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Centre or mission-critical industry experience
• Experience with modularization and off-site building
• Knowledge of warranties, O&M manuals, and assembly plans
