Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal counsel within the Real Estate practice group
• Manage complex real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions
• Advise clients on real estate financing matters
• Handle commercial office leasing matters and negotiations
• Collaborate with a team-oriented legal group to drive client success

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience in real estate law
• Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions
• Proven expertise in real estate financing
• Strong background in commercial office leasing
