About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts to build long-term relationships and represent DENSO as the primary interface
- Maximize OES potential and identify new business opportunities to grow the business
- Achieve sales and profit targets through monthly PDCA and price management
- Handle customer financial management and negotiate contract terms and conditions
- Prepare annual sales plans and contribute to annual goals and objectives
- Conduct strategic market analysis and execute actions to achieve the Mid Term Plan
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects including planning, quotation, and development
Requirements
- Bachelor or University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and project management
- Strong knowledge of or interest in the Automotive Aftermarket industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems, MS Project, and CRM tools
- Fluent English; Dutch or other languages are an asset
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand Japanese business culture
