About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts to build long-term relationships and represent DENSO as the primary interface
  • Maximize OES potential and identify new business opportunities to grow the business
  • Coordinate business projects from a commercial perspective
  • Achieve sales and profit targets through monthly PDCA and price management
  • Manage customer financial aspects and negotiate contract terms and conditions
  • Prepare annual sales plans and contribute to goal and objective creation
  • Conduct strategic market analysis and execute actions to achieve annual and mid-term plans
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial customer offers (RFQ)
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects including planning, quotation, and development

Requirements

  • Bachelor or University degree in business, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and project management
  • Proficiency in English; Dutch or other languages are an asset
  • Strong knowledge of or interest in the Automotive Aftermarket industry
  • Analytical and business strategy skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and understand Japanese business culture
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerBI, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ERP systems, MS Project, and CRM tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid EU work permit
