About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of PLT Car Dealers through field sales and strategic planning
  • Define and organize commercial actions by developing sales plans and prioritizing sector segmentation
  • Conduct negotiations to secure commercial performance and ensure contract profitability
  • Drive revenue growth by retaining existing clients and acquiring new accounts
  • Monitor commercial performance using CRM/SalesForce data to analyze results and track objectives
  • Perform field visits to deploy commercial actions and increase brand visibility at points of sale
  • Design and implement commercial animations and incentives to promote the brand
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic adaptations
  • Manage service quality by handling customer complaints and coordinating corrective actions

Requirements

  • ESC or BAC + 2 degree in Sales or Commercial Action
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within a Car Dealer environment
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Excellent communication skills for client and sales force interaction
  • Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative
  • English proficiency is a plus and offers potential for international career growth
