About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, analyze, and improve OEE across production lines
- Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement measures
- Deploy Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT sensors, AI-driven analytics, and digital twins
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to drive smart manufacturing initiatives
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance tracking
- Train and support staff in adopting new technologies and lean practices
- Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with company KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in OEE monitoring, productivity improvement, or lean manufacturing
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, robotics, and MES/ERP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for digital transformation in manufacturing
- Experience with Six Sigma, TPM, or Lean methodologies
- Ability to balance technical rigor with practical implementation
