OEE & Productivity Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and improve OEE across production lines
• Identify bottlenecks and implement productivity improvement measures
• Deploy Industry 4.0 solutions including IoT sensors, AI-driven analytics, and digital twins
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and IT teams to drive smart manufacturing initiatives
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance tracking
• Train and support staff in adopting new technologies and lean practices
• Lead continuous improvement projects aligned with company KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in OEE monitoring, productivity improvement, or lean manufacturing
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, AI, robotics, and MES/ERP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and project management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for digital transformation in manufacturing
• Experience with Six Sigma, TPM, or Lean methodologies
• Ability to balance technical rigor with practical implementation
