About the role
Responsibilities
- Run discovery workshops to map client business processes
- Configure Odoo modules to client requirements, escalating to developers when necessary
- Lead data migration processes including extraction, cleaning, mapping, and loading
- Deliver role-based training to client teams
- Own the go-live process and provide 90-day stabilization for assigned accounts
- Build reusable playbooks for common Odoo deployments in manufacturing, retail, and distribution
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing Odoo for SMBs
- Deep functional knowledge of at least three modules: Finance, Inventory, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, or HR
- Proven experience leading client workshops and translating business requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Current UAE residence or a transferable visa
Preferred Qualifications
- Odoo Functional Certification
- Fluency in Arabic
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, WPS, and FTA reporting
- Domain experience in Manufacturing or Real Estate
