Odoo Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python and XML
• Work on business workflows including Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Operations
• Integrate Odoo with external systems and REST APIs
• Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n
• Troubleshoot bugs and improve system performance
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to transform requirements into working solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience with Odoo or strong Python backend development skills
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST APIs
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work on real production challenges in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Odoo framework (models, views, actions)
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Basic frontend knowledge including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience using Git and version control
• Understanding of ERP systems and business workflows
