Odoo Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Odoo ERP modules and customizations
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop and integrate third-party APIs and external systems with Odoo
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to uphold best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Odoo development with strong Python programming skills
• Proficiency in Odoo ORM, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL
• Experience with Odoo.sh, deployment, and version control using Git
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes (accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluency in Arabic and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo certification (Functional or Technical)
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
