ODM Program Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets within the ODM segments.
• Build and maintain trust-based partnerships with ODM executive leadership, specifically targeting major players in Taiwan such as Quanta, Foxconn, and Wiwynn/Wistron.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new customers, markets, and product applications.
• Manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth and optimize resource allocation.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams, including product management, engineering, and supply chain, to align sales efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to provide actionable insights to senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the ODM/OEM sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of ODM and OEM business models, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills at the executive level.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel frequently for business purposes.
• Strong problem-solving, presentation, and teamwork skills.
