OD and Talent Management Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end performance management frameworks including OKRs, KPIs, and appraisals
• Develop and maintain scalable job architecture, job families, and role definitions
• Design and own the organization’s competency framework across core, functional, and leadership levels
• Create clear career paths and progression frameworks to enable internal mobility
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes using tools like the 9-Box grid
• Manage employee engagement surveys and translate data into actionable OD diagnostics
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and governance documentation
• Build people analytics dashboards to provide data-driven insights to senior leadership
• Partner with leadership to design compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with job architecture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Performance Management, Organization Development, and Talent Management
• Hands-on expertise in designing performance systems and job architecture
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change
• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified KPI Professional (C-KPI) certification
• OD or Talent Management certifications such as CIPD or SHRM
• Experience working in tech, digital, or services-based organizations
