OCM Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Define and execute communication strategies, including messaging, campaigns, and leadership alignment.
• Develop and oversee training strategies and materials to support end-user adoption.
• Drive change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across business units.
• Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and KPIs.
• Identify and mitigate resistance to change through structured interventions.
• Collaborate with PMO, Functional, and Technical project teams to ensure OCM integration.
• Support leadership with coaching and change sponsorship activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
• Proven experience leading OCM initiatives in large-scale transformation programs (SAP, ERP, or digital transformations).
• Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
• Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prosci Change Management certification or similar.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA or cloud transformations.
• Background working in consulting environments.
• Experience working in global, multi-cultural organizations.
