About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers
- Perform timely shipment troubleshooting and exception handling
- Collaborate with Account Management and Planning teams to ensure effective end-to-end export processes
- Plan and execute special freight operations such as DG and reefer
- Support internal and external clients with operational expertise
- Translate complex data into clear insights for operations and commercial stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of procedures and systems to improve efficiency and compliance
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain, or Consulting (high-performing fresh graduates considered)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking capabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or night shifts
