Responsibilities

• Execute booking and documentation processes with clients and carriers
• Perform timely shipment troubleshooting and exception escalation
• Work with Account Management and Planning teams to ensure effective end-to-end export processes
• Coach junior specialists on daily tasks
• Plan and execute special freight operations such as DG and reefer
• Assist Senior Associates with new business implementation and projects
• Support internal and external clients with operational expertise
• Inform business process and software capability needs to improve quality and efficiency
• Contribute to the development of procedures to differentiate Flexport operations

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, ocean carrier operations, or consulting
• Ocean freight knowledge is a plus
