Responsibilities

• Build operational performance frameworks, processes, and tools to measure Ocean Partner performance in Thailand
• Use allocation tools to route cargo to ocean carrier contracts with optimal cost and transit time
• Drive performance management of freight forwarding, customs partners, and ocean carriers using global metrics and dashboards
• Act as a trusted advisor to partners to identify gaps and develop process standardization solutions
• Identify partner training needs and execute programs to drive operational quality
• Define and refine operational performance and product adoption metrics
• Prepare presentations and analysis for monthly and quarterly partner reviews
• Create enablement resources for internal teams to ship in and out of managed territories

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 3+ years of professional logistics or supply chain experience
• Experience in Ocean Export Operations (TPEB) for shipments from East Asia to USA and Canada
• Strong commercial and business acumen with analytical skills
• Experience managing programs and initiatives from end to end
• Ability to build global relationships and influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail and a compliance-first attitude
