Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and upper extremity conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based occupational and hand therapy techniques
• Provide patient education to improve outcomes and encourage long-term recovery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

Requirements

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) certification or actively working toward certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of hand therapy experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Strong clinical skills in hand therapy, manual therapy, and upper extremity rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
