Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care to patients and families to prevent disease and promote or restore health
• Focus on minimizing the effects of illness or disability through targeted occupational therapy
• Deliver high-quality care within the patient's home environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care setting or comparable work experience
• Ability to work a per-visit schedule in the Leominster area

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Care settings
