About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs and target developmental goals
- Document, prepare, and revise Plans of Care, progress notes, and clinical records
- Assess ROM, strength, coordination, adaptive equipment needs, and environmental modifications
- Evaluate treatment efficiency and monitor, collect, and analyze patient data
- Facilitate effective training with parents and staff
- Maintain professional behavior and competence with crisis intervention
Requirements
- Current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of direct service work in a treatment setting
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder
