Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and identify patient needs and target developmental goals
• Document and maintain Plans of Care, progress notes, and clinical records
• Assess and facilitate ROM, strength, coordination, and functional mobility
• Evaluate adaptive equipment needs and environmental modifications for ADL performance
• Implement, monitor, and evaluate treatment plans and data
• Demonstrate professional behavior and competence with crisis intervention
• Facilitate effective training with parents and staff

Requirements

• Current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist
• Two years of direct service work in a treatment setting preferred
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
