Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Fabricate and fit custom splints based on patient diagnoses
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve upper extremity function
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Requirements

• Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current state of Florida license
• CPR certification
• Compassionate and patient-focused personality
