About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct anamnesis and assessments
- Provide self-help training in relevant life areas
- Perform functional therapy and hand/fine motor skills training
- Execute transfer and mobility training, including outdoors
- Advise on and organize assistive devices
- Provide counseling to relatives
- Perform cognitive testing and training
- Participate in team meetings and documentation (electronic and paper-based)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in occupational therapy
- Experience in geriatrics is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Resilience, flexibility, and independence
- Empathic approach to patients
- Basic IT skills and knowledge of KIS (Orbis) is a plus
