Responsibilities

• Perform assessments regarding patient conditions and complaints to determine diagnoses and plan therapy programs
• Analyze integrated patient assessment data to ensure suitability of programmed occupational therapy
• Execute occupational therapy programs following established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort
• Educate patients and families regarding home care and follow-up schedules
• Maintain complete documentation of patient files before, during, and after procedures
• Ensure cleanliness and functionality of medical tools before use
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, staff, and hospital administration

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Proficiency in occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop creative solutions for patients' functional limitations
