Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Carry out assessments of patient conditions and complaints to determine diagnoses and therapy plans
• Implement occupational therapy programs and modalities in accordance with established procedures
• Analyze integrated patient assessment data to ensure program suitability
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, home care, and follow-up schedules
• Maintain complete documentation of patient files before, during, and after procedures
• Ensure cleanliness and proper function of all therapeutic tools and equipment
• Collaborate with hospital administration and medical staff through effective communication

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an Occupational Therapist
• Proficiency in occupational therapy techniques and interventions
• Solid understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop creative solutions for patients' functional limitations
