Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions tailored to SEMH needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to embed OT strategies
• Provide advice and training to staff on sensory and functional needs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working with children and young people in educational settings
• Strong understanding of SEMH needs and strategies to support engagement
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage a varied caseload
