Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for patients on acute medical and orthopaedic wards
• Complete functional assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
• Support discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team
• Promote independence and optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in acute inpatient care, ideally across medical and orthopaedic specialties
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
