Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and rehabilitation in patients’ homes or inpatient rehabilitation beds
• Support recovery for a range of conditions, including stroke, acquired brain injury (ABI), and complex medical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community services to deliver patient-centered care
• Contribute to services including Community Rehabilitation, ABI Case Management, Stroke Early Supported Discharge (ESD), Wheelchair assessment, and Inpatient Rehabilitation

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in community rehabilitation and/or inpatient rehab settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload
• Valid driving licence and access to a car
