Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for stroke patients in a community setting
• Complete functional assessments and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
• Support discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team
• Promote independence and optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice

Requirements

• Degree and Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Community-based stroke experience (3 years preferable)
• Knowledge of SystmOne (desirable)
• Car driver with own vehicle and business insurance
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
