About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective Occupational Therapy services to children within their homes
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions in family settings
  • Support and carry out individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with social care, healthcare, and SEN staff to establish support programs
  • Complete administrative duties including data input and record keeping

Requirements

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC
  • Experience working with pupils aged 7-18 with Occupational Therapy needs
  • Knowledge of Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ASD, ADHD, and associated conditions
  • Experience in clinical assessment and implementing intervention programmes
  • Excellent interpersonal and empathy skills
  • Ability to manage own time and caseload
