Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions for patients on a hyper acute stroke unit
• Complete functional assessments and rehabilitation plans tailored to stroke recovery
• Support discharge planning and liaise with the multidisciplinary team
• Promote independence and optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based practice

Requirements

• HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Proven experience in acute stroke care or similar neurological settings
• Strong understanding of discharge pathways and admission avoidance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
